Corvenix AI LLC builds and operates an automated missed-call text-back service on behalf of home-services business clients. This page describes how callers are informed of, and consent to, this SMS program.
Every participating client's phone greeting or voicemail message includes the following verbal disclosure, played to every caller regardless of whether their call is ultimately answered:
"Thanks for calling [Business Name]. If we're unable to answer your call, you agree to receive one automated text message per missed call from us with a way to reach us or book online. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out."
By calling a participating business's published phone number after this disclosure, the caller agrees to receive the described text message if their call goes unanswered.

If the call is not answered within the business's normal ring window, the caller receives a single automated SMS acknowledging the missed call and offering a way to reach the business (a booking link, or an invitation to reply for a callback). At most one message is sent per missed call.
